REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You agree that you will pay for all services/subscriptions you purchase through the Site and you authorize us to charge you as per the applicable payment mode opted by you.
Your total price will include the Fees for the service/subscription plus any applicable tax in effect at the time of purchase.
Your payment processed by payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure will be governed by the terms agreed to between you and the payment gateway, payment App , your bank and payment instrument issuing company. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amount etc. in the transaction.
REFUND
All sales are final.
Payment once paid will not be refunded.
No cancellation/refund inquiries will be entertained, once the registration is done, under any circumstances except in case of multiple transactions made against the same Order of same Customer.
Multiple transactions mean a duplicate charge for the same order.
We will only be liable to refund the duplicate charge made against the same Order of same Customer if we have received it in our account.
Refunds only in the above case must be requested within 24 hours from the time of transaction by writing to us at refunds@quizmesh.com from registered email address of the user. In no case you will be refunded the subscription plan amount which you have purchased as we have a no cancellation policy. The refund process may include a feedback call to you and validation of key information that may be required by us to process the refund request. We reserve the right to verify the multiple transactions (duplicate charge) in order to process the refund request. Refund process may take 5-7 business days.
We request you to please carefully view the Demos and Syllabus available on the Site before making the purchase.
Prices for the services/ subscription plans offered via the Site may change at any time without any notice, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
CANCELLATION
 Order once paid will not be Cancelled.
 No cancellation is allowed. Once you buy the subscription it will be valid and available to you via your user account created on our Site until the end of your then-current term, and your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
Paid subscription plans cannot be terminated before the end of the period for which you have already paid, and except as expressly provided in these terms, we will not refund any fees that you have already paid.
