Guglielmo Marconi ( known as Marconi),  was an Italian inventor and electrical engineer, known for his pioneering work on long-distance radio transmission, development of Marconi’s law, and a radio telegraph system.

Penicillin, the first true antibiotic, was discovered in 1928 by Alexander Fleming, Professor of Bacteriology at St. Mary’s Hospital in London.
